The Bridge
You get to know these people through their family testimonials. You sympathize and in my case even empathize with them. You want to help but at the same time you know that the leap off the bridge is looming and you know you will see it, it will be shoved in your face as a period to the end of the sentence no matter what was said by anyone.
Watch this film, take what you will from it but I know I'll never see the Golden Gate Bridge on a postcard or on TV, and not think of the troubled souls who plunge from it as a final end to whatever has been slowly killing them already.

Stuff
-So all of a sudden Billy Corgan is public enemy number 1 in the music scene. The Pumpkins will be releasing 4 different versions of Zeitgeist, one for Target, one for Best Buy, one for iTunes and one for everybody else. Apparently each one will have an exclusive track. I've been reading articles and people are saying Corgan is an asshole and he's fleecing his fans..... When did this become such a horrible thing? First off, it may be a record company thing and not a band thing and second, no one says you gotta buy them all!! Lighten up people.
-I've been hearing the new Bad Religion song on the radio here and there and it's starting to grow on me.
-Chantal got ahold of screener passes for Die Hard 4 and we went to see it Tuesday night and it's awesome. I was worried it would suck and not live up to the franchise but it's really good and the Apple computer dude was really good as well.

The Weekend
Saturday we had Jonnys last T Ball tournament, and then the PWA show. T Ball was fun as usual and he really enjoys it. PWA... well it started off ok, and ended up incredibly painfully. That's all I'll say.
Sunday we had to stop by Chantals work for a bit which was good as it gave me time to eat my tasty Tim Hortons sandwich (yes, I hear you Chris...) and then we headed to fucking Sephora.... The happiest place on earth... if you have a uterus. Chantal bought some stuff and I had a fit about the aformentioned Dirt cologne.
After that we headed to Hudsons for some Nachos and wings and I had a tasty pint of Canadian, then stopped at Chantals moms to do something (I don't remember why we went there....) After that we popped by Dustins for the Vengeance ppv which totally licked balls. No Benoit sucked and kinda killed everyones mood.
For a nightcap we stopped at The Cheesecake Cafe for a snack. Chantal ordered some fucked up spicy weird shit and I forgot and stole a baby corn and preceeded to die. Fucking horrible, how do people eat that. Boris the waiter (yeah, that's right) thought it was funny, even though he doesn't know the differance between chicken and beef.
Dirt?
Invoke memories of endless summer days playing outside in the dirt and mud. This cologne was created to smell exactly like the dirt from fields surrounding a Pennsylvania family farm.
Demeter creates scents that are drawn from memories to transport a person back to a special place or time.

The Bridge
People suffer largely unnoticed while the rest of the world goes about its business. This is a documentary exploration of the mythic beauty of the Golden Gate Bridge, the most popular suicide destination in the world, and those drawn by its call. Steel and his crew filmed the bridge during daylight hours from two separate locations for all of 2004, recording most of the two dozen deaths in that year (and preventing several others). They also taped interviews with friends, families and witnesses, who recount in sorrowful detail stories of struggles with depression, substance abuse and mental illness. Raises questions about suicide, mental illness and civic responsibility as well as the filmmaker's relationship to his fraught and complicated material.

The Draft
It's a Raw so big, it will start one hour early at 8/7 CT on the USA Network.
Monday night, on a special three-hour edition of Raw, the entire WWE roster will converge in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., for the fourth-ever WWE Draft. The show will begin with a match between old rivals WWE Champion John Cena and World Heavyweight Champion Edge. The battle between Cena and Edge will set the tone for the night. Each match on Raw will be interpromotional and will affect the Draft.
In professional sports, draft day is always special for a young athlete. No one knows where they will be going as they get their official start in the professional ranks.
On Monday, the Superstars of WWE will all be nervous for a very similar reason. Until their name is (or isn't) called, none of the Superstars will know if the brand they currently call home will still be theirs come Tuesday morning. Whose names will be called at the podium to bring their talent to a new brand?
The three-hour special edition of Raw will be made even more special, as it will also be “Mr. McMahon Appreciation Night,” ordered by the WWE Chairman of the Board himself.
WWE.com has learned that several celebrities, Legends and WWE Hall of Famers, including "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Bret Hart, will be offering their comments of appreciation for the boss. Read more on who will be appearing...
What other festivities will take place to honor the former ECW World Champion? And will McMahon’s mental state be more stable than it was last week, as he wreaked havoc in the locker room as a maniacal matchmaker?
Monday will also be uncertain for the new World Tag Team Champions, Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch, who beat a weakened Matt & Jeff Hardy for their titles last week. Will the draft split the pair just as they reach the pinnacle of their profession?
Don’t miss all the action on the special three-hour WWE Draft edition of Raw, Monday night at a special time, 8/7 CT on USA Network.

-Kaz and Sabin was quite good.
-The new Sonjay Dutt? Oh lord.....

BBB's Notebook: ECW 06/05/07

-Lashley goes over 3 Originals. I am so very pleased. I think the clock is ticking on Tommy, Balls and Sandmans contracts.
-Kevin Thorn and Stevie Richards put together a really solid match. Original Sin is a sick-looking move.
-The Major Brothers vs. Burke and Cor Von was good as well.
-Punk and Striker was ok, I'm really not sold on Striker.
BBB's Notebook: ECW 05/29/07
BBB's Notebook: WWE One Night Stand 2007
-A 6 man table match with only one fall? Really?
-Striker sold the bulldog lawn-dart style.
-The ECW 6-man was fun. I don't like Monty Brown but he looked good tonight.
-Ad for the draft. Knowing my luck all the ECW originals will be moved to Raw before the ECW show here next month.
-A lot of fuckin' bulldogs on this ppv...
-The ladder match appears to be a bit of a clusterfuck.
-Shelton had a rough night.
-Who the fuck is this twerp with Khali?
-What the fuck is Dykstra wearing?
-Wow, Mark Henry and Kane was a piece of shit. I'm shocked.
-Lashley totally fucking ate it at the begginning of his match with Vince!!
-Lashley wins! Praise be to Allah!
-Marias promo was fucking hilarious!
-A pudding match. Need I say more?
-The cage match didn't really do much for me. I find Batista very bland.
-Cena and Khali was blah, to be expected.
Day Off Friday
Ned makes me laugh.
EDIT: Scratch Laundry. The "put money on your card" machine gimmick is out of order.

-Tomko is fucking charisma on wheels baby!!
-15 minutes in minus commercials and finally a damn match.
-Basham and Damaja vs. Kip James and Hoyt sucked. This whole angle does nothing for me.
-Nice promo from Samoa Joe.
-Have I mentioned Traci Brooks huge breasts lately?
-I love Homicide.
-Hector looks a lot like Eddie.
-Nice Scorpion Deathlock reversal by Joe.
-Joe beats Sting and a blah-ish match. The Sting/Daniels angle could be interesting now.
Time Goes By...
I finally got my hands on the GFA M*A*S*H DVD set, watched the first disc, some pretty cool extras and hidden gems. Looking forward to watching Kevin Smith: Evening Harder and Ramones Raw.
Finished watching last weeks Raw, now I have to go through 2 weeks of iMPACT! and tommorow I should be getting the One Night Stand PPV and SNME. With the other new dvd's that come out next week I'm never going to catch up...
Saturday night was the Police concert at Commonwealth. We couldn't seem to find the Best Buy VIP area but it didn't matter, the whole night was awesome. Fictionplane were really good, wasn't sure what to expect from them and I was pleasantly surprised. Sloan were awesome as usual. I was concerned a little as last time I saw them in a stadium setting the crowd was less then responsive but it was a fesitval and the crowd was full of lemon-throwing douchebags. They came off really well. The Police were awesome, I was very impressed. The high point for the audience seemed to be "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" but the highlight for me was "Can't Stand Losing You" although it got a little 'jammy' at points. It was pretty sweet.
Sunday was inventory full count. 14 hours but I'll make some sweet cash. Too bad I missed Bens birthday.
I just turned on TBS and Diffren't Strokes is on, haven't seen that shit in years.
BBB's Notebook: WWE Raw 05/28/07

-The kiss-cam? Good lord.....
-"Let's go Cena/Cena sucks!!" I feel like I'm watching TNA.
-Crowd is super hot for the main event.

*Edge vs. Christian - No Mercy 2001
*Kane's Therapy

I think they screwed up on my check too. Seems to be short a few bucks. Today isn't starting off well, hopefully it finishes better.
