Pink Ribbons

It was kind of a surreal morning for me. I walked out my apartment door to head to work and ended up in the middle of the walk to end breast cancer. I had to go down one street that was on the route. To be honest, I felt kinda guilty to be walking among them while folks were honking and waving. I felt like I should have been walking with them as someone very close to me that I love more then just about anything's life has been affected by cancer. It was a very intense feeling.

Speaking of surreal, on Big Brother All Stars it appeared Erika won HOH on Thursday but they deemed some technical difficulties and re-played the competition. And surprise surprise Janelle fucking won again.... She put up Erika and Danni as I suspected. With the new Coup De' Tat thingy it should be an interesting week.

It's starting to sink in that I'm going to turn 30 in just a few weeks. When I was younger I didn't think I was going to make it this far so I guess so far so good.

I'm on a mood to write but I have nothing to say so I guess I'll cut it. Braden is coming over tommorow, I am SO excited as I haven't seen him in a few weeks. I will cherish every second.

Hopefully Howards vacation is only 1 week and they are back in the morning.

If you are willing to do the 60kms next year, I will do it with you!

the Alberta Cancer Foundation announced that 1667 participants raised $4.5 million in The Weekend to End Breast Cancer, a two-day, 60 kilometre walk to raise funds for breast cancer research in Alberta. This is the inaugural Weekend to End Breast Cancer walk in Edmonton. The second annual Weekend to End Breast Cancer in Edmonton is already planned for August 10 - 12, 2007.
